Only when you press, and only if you allow the browser prompt.
“Where am I?” sends your exact position and the site keeps it.
Your public pin is rounded to about 11 km, so the map everyone else
sees never shows exactly where you are.
“Drop a pin” sends no location at all — pick a spot by hand instead.
What you give the site may be kept and used to improve it, and possibly to
fund it — the privacy page says

⠿Your aircraft
Planning estimates, not a POH. A real performance table
varies with altitude, weight, temperature and power setting; these are one
representative cruise. They are a starting point for a time-and-fuel estimate
and nothing more. Every value is yours to correct, and what you change is
saved against your tail number in this browser only.
⠿Sounding & route weather
Model forecast, not an observation. Computed on a grid at
13 pressure levels — a thin cloud layer between levels is invisible here, and
cloud is inferred from humidity rather than seen. Icing and turbulence marks are
indications only. Not a weather briefing.
what this is and is not →
A practice nav log, not a flight plan.
Times and fuel come from a weather forecast on a coarse grid and one
representative cruise figure — not a performance table. There are no NOTAMs
here, no airspace routing, no minimum enroute altitudes, no real terrain,
no weight and balance and no alternate. Do not fly from this and do not
file it. It is for seeing how wind picks an altitude.
